This notice explains what personal information Pendo Earth Foundation collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).

Who we are
Pendo Earth Foundation is the data controller for information collected through this site. We are a registered society under the Societies Act (Cap. 108), Laws of Kenya (Reg. No. SOF-G5SAPYK), based in Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at info@pendoearth.org.
What we collect, and why
When you use the enquiry form on our Partner with us page, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. We use these details only to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. [Retention period to be confirmed by the Foundation.]
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be informed of how your data is used, to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@pendoearth.org.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@pendoearth.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, Kenya.
